These guys destroyed my daughter’s growing dreadlocks. When I enquired about what they did, the asked me to rebook an appointment and pay them to fix the mess they created. I’m not impressed with their lack of etiquette and customer service.

I ordered two dresses both arrived promptly (yay) but both didn’t fit me. I returned them and both of them came back but one fitted me nicely and the other still didn’t fit. They told me they don’t have the size I wanted but would alter a larger size to fit me, they even asked for my measurements. I thought that was really great and went beyond the call of duty. I sent back the dress with my measurements. But then the problem started!!!! They gave me empty promises after empty promises from Aug to October 2023. I repeatedly asked that they please refund me instead but they kept on promising. Even sending me a **** waybill (who does that!!!). Needless to say I never received the dress. I reported them to the consumer goods and services ombud who were not very helpful unfortunately & couldn’t get a response from them! Wow what an awful experience for a company that makes such beautiful clothes! Really disappointed!!!!

I ordered three dresses in March 2022 and by the 20th May only two dresses have been delivered after legal threats and heartache. They do not refund even when they are at fault and no communication from them except for films excuses. Do not buy from this company

Ever since Privilidge has done my lashes I have been at my happiest,not only does she adapt to the client s needs but also her work outstanding,I have found my home for individual lashes

On the 27th of September I ordered a red jumpsuit on order number #10123 and till today I haven't received my order, I'm really disappointed at their service delivery more especially that each time Iam the one who keeps contact asking about when will they deliver. Today they sent me a what's app message replying on my message stating they apologize about the delay my order got lost. I find it so unprofessional and that they don't show customer value more especially this is not the first time I buy from them. I am greatly disappointed. I sent them a reply stating that I want a refund as my item I ordered they failed to deliver it but they didn't bother to reply to message. Is this how customers are treated?

This shop doesn’t even deserve 1 star. I bought clothes online on 19 August 2020, I was told delivery would be done in 7 days. It’s more than a month later and I’ve been subjected to the most horrific, unbelievable behavior. No delivery has been done up to date, every time I would be told a different story, there was even a time when I was even blamed for their failure to deliver. Well, afterwards they still failed on subsequent promises to deliver. I’ve never witnessed anything like this. I demanded my money back, and I was told they don’t do refunds. So I don’t know what it meant cause they failed to deliver. I’m now resorting to legal recourse and will also be claiming all the costs from them. The way I’m so aggrieved, I wish I could pursue a civil claim against this shop for all the heartache they put me through
