Vodacom employees are not doing their jobs. I have a ***** case that was reported in 2023; the ***** was committed by their people. The matter was investigated and finalised as ***** after I had reported them to ICASA, as they were not assisting me. I have just found out that they still have the ***** under my name on their systems. Please remove the *****ulent activity from my name. Vodacom I have had a fibre account with Vodacom for more than 4 years and have never skipped payment, that should be proof enough for you to remove this from my name!!!
I have had a contract with Telkom which I paid without fail for 24 months, I was due for an upgrade `and I opted not to upgrade. Now these *****sters and their *********** staff have somehow upgraded me with some device and data package that I do not know of and are now charging me double. I HAVE NOT UPGRADED ORF RECEIVED ANY DEVICE FROM YOU TELKOM AND I WILL NOT PAY FOR SOMETHING I HAVE NO KNOWLEDGE OF.
I have logged a ***** dispute with Vodacom more than two months ago, I have not had any feedback to this day and yet they keep debiting my account. I will reverse the debit order until someone comes back to me regarding the ***** case which is most likely done by their own agents hence it may be taking so long to come back to me. I have provided them with all the evidence!! Their contact number goes unanswered and keeps repeating the same options meaning their staff is not doing their work
The service is Vodacom is extremely poor… they are not attending to support queries , they are not responding to cancellation queries … When you call them you are told the matter will be escalated and you will never hear back from them
I would not recommend this company to anyone, very poor workmanship and once you have paid them , you will not be assisted should you have any issues.
After only 3 months of opening an account with FNB, I already regret it.. someone makes a payment into my fnb business account from an fnb account ...thefunds are still not reflecting a day later. When I call them ,they tell me the person who made the payment must call them and verify the payment...really??? So alll the people who make payments into the account must call to verify? What nonsense is this? Wow...
The service at Vodacom is very bad , have always been a loyal Vodacom customer but i have moved all my business elsewhere due to bad service, it feels like dealing with a government department when dealing with Vodacom....very bad. I am trying to have firbre setup at my place , i have tried all other service providers but im told Vodacom own the infrastructure and are not prepared to share with other service providers... I have reached out to Viacom to set it up since i dint have any other choice....its the second time in 8 months that I am trying to get help from Vodacom...to this day I dont have any fibre ...I wish yku cold just open up the infrastructure so that other willing service providers can help us without having to write on hellopeter...
This company is a fraud! Bad service, Bad communication and they refuse to refund even when they are wrong.... order an outfit at your own risk from Urban Zulu

My mother fell and injured her hip and was rushed to hospital in terrible pain. She was treated by different doctors and a hip replacement operation was done after she was in hospital for two days. This medical aid is now refusing to pay the doctor that performed the procedure. The doctor has even written a motivation that they had requested and provided all the documentation they have requested and he is yet to be paid. My father had to drive all the way to their Sandton offices again today to find out why they are refusing to pay, he has not been able to get assistance, he was told he must ask the doctor for motivation and yet the doctor has provided this information. This is the second time he has had to drive to their offices for this event because they initially did not pay claims on time. The first time they gave him a cheque for the claims that they had not paid for and the cheque cleared some two weeks later. These are pensioners that are expected to drive around to LA Health office s and drive around to pay health practitioners and yet they have a "medical aid" that is supposed to handle this on their behalf. At around a monthly premium of R5000 for two pensioners!! Very disappointing service .....
