Buffalo, I've received a few parcels from you and I cannot complain about your delivery. Drivers are friendly, parcels are in perfect condition, and delivery is on time. Thank you! Your support, however, is non-existent. Your live chat should be called dead chat. Your agents, literally, take hours to respond. That is not what "live chat" means. When your agent finally responded, he/she did not even read my question properly, gave me a blunt and unrelated answer and ended the chat. I started a new chat with another agent of yours 2 and a half hours ago and I'm still waiting for a reply. Your email support redirects me to whatsapp support. Your whatsapp support sends me in circles only to end up at "dead chat" again. Support is a very important part of a business and yours is lacking terribly.
This company does not pay! Johannes Liebenberg CEO and Founder booked accommodation and after a few paid nights he extended his stay telephonically and promised to pay as soon as he got back from from work. He however remained unavailable throughout his stay and eventually left without making payment. We have called and sent him several messages and every time he blamed "forgetfulness" and being "really busy", every time he promised to pay as soon as...Eventually he denied staying at our guesthouse at all but when we proved him wrong, he once again promised payment immediately. He is now completely unreachable.
Booked accommodation. Didn't pay. How are they getting away with this? Is there nothing that can be done?
