Bad service

We just received empty promises from Jason. From the beginning we mentioned that this was an urgent need. We ordered a Portable Oxygen Cylinder (Complete) and it was promised that we will receive it the moment we have paid. That was done and still no item received. After several days and numerous calls , Jason confirmation that we will receive it the very same day. We asked for a Waybill number which he could not give over the phone and said he will e-mail it immediately. Well we waited, and waited, eventually after we received the number, it was confirmed by the courier company that the parcel was only picked up after 12 pm and the delivery was for the next day and not the same day as Jason promised. The service we received for an urgent order was utterly disappointing. What happened to same day delivery? The little discount we negotiated in the beginning did not make up for trouble we had to arrange for another unit in the mean time.
