Honestly - no words for this terrible service. They collected our office equipment to be moved from JHB-CT and lost the damn parcel because somebody forgot to create a waybill for the order! On top of the missing parcel - zero replies from any of the agents that assisted us and *****ed this up for us. We’re tired of chasing Lee-Anne to give us updates on the matter.
Worst Customer Support ever. On Friday night I had a few internal failure messages when trying to order from McDonalds (city station). I changed outlets (McDonald’s long street). And the app asked me to clear my previous cart/basket. As I place the new order in with long street - it goes through first time. 1 minute later I get 2 messages from my bank for taking my money off (from both outlets). I go back into the app and I cannot cancel my order. So now I have a double order coming through. Firstly , getting through to their customer support is ridiculously difficult. Their agents kept telling me “well you should have checked and cancelled one order”.
I ordered 2 hair products from Schwarzkopf (a hair mask and a serum). I have been using there products for my hair for the past 8 years so I know exactly the condition they should come in. My serum looked like it had either been used or as if someone had a massive gulp of it. Not a cheap product either !!
