Do not fall for their buy 2 and get 40% on cheapest sunnies!
I had a very upsetting and awful experience today. So much so, the manager of sunglass hut Sandton, Lindiwe, made me cry after my purchase. Your manager was rude and condescending towards is all because I wanted to get a different pair of sunglasses (as your policy states - 30 day exchange) When all I wanted to do was change a pair of glasses I received for my birthday as a gift. It seemed she hid her lack of training behind attitude and aggression. As a manager you should defuse any situation and obviously help customers as best you can. It honestly was a horrible experience. I wish I got the other ladies names at that store as they were supportive and trying their hardest to be helpful and very professional. Not sure what this ladies issue was, but she’s giving your company a bad name. Won’t recommend that store again.

Holiday Travel has a very bad communication network.
I have been dealing with a lady from 'Holiday Travel' for over a year now. She has been helpful up until this point. She said I could receive a full refund on my overseas trip, if I send my details through, I sent in details and have not heard back from her in over two weeks. I called earlier in the week, I dealt with a lady who was not so pleasant to deal with or didn't know much about her the company she works with, I called just before 16:00pm during the week, and every customer service person was off and went home before the time they advertise. Every one was off work by 4pm - I'm sure even earlier. Today I try call again, their phone lines or emergency lines do not work anymore and "no longer exist" Does this company still exist? Have all their employees left?
