Sick of waiting for liberty life to assist
I am livid here, I have send my documents through to liberty in January already with NO progress on policy 21886862 I lost the use of my hand and submitted same I moved from where the insident occured and am currently not near that area, however numerous doctor letters and documents stating same was submitted each time, I got a phone call on 2 August again starting they don't have all my documents? Yet again I send same via courier and it was indeed submitted on 5 August. Since then again no response no help I am unemployed and this is currently a very bad situation that I am in yet seems like you must pay your policy (paid up) and have this? No I'm not impressed at all with liberty this is just a disgrace 9 months? I need urgent help and feedback

Not at all impressed by liberty
