After 6 months I turn to Hello Peter as last resort. As in the past, and I've use them before, within 2 days all my troubles have been taken care of and they pay me out. I want Hello Peter to know that they may use my review to show their excellent service. Thank you and thank you again Hello Peter. In future I'll never even think of going to others like expensive attorneys and brokers.👍👍👍👍👍

Canceling Liberty car insurance
I called to cancel my car insurance(04/03/2022) as I'm not finding the service when needed. I wait long on the queue (via callings) I'm still waiting for them to call me as I requested. Sorry if I'm reviewing on the wrong business. I will call again during the day.

I have been struggling for over a year to get my policy cancelled and my investment paid out. This account have been dormant for more than a year and everytime I contact them they do not even bother to respond or have stories to cancel my things. I want out today and my investment paid back a.s.a.p

Beware of hidden costs
They sold me a 2008 model car with 5 tyres. The tread is okay but 4 out of the 5 tyres are dangerously old...one of them was made in 2014 and one 1999! When I called to inform the owner he gave me a million excuses. MAKE SURE YOU CHECK EVERY SINGLE DETAIL BEFORE PURCHASING FROM THESE GUYS!

Beware of hidden costs

Not at all impressed by liberty
I am livid here, I have send my documents through to liberty in January already with NO progress on policy 21886862 I lost the use of my hand and submitted same I moved from where the insident occured and am currently not near that area, however numerous doctor letters and documents stating same was submitted each time, I got a phone call on 2 August again starting they don't have all my documents? Yet again I send same via courier and it was indeed submitted on 5 August. Since then again no response no help I am unemployed and this is currently a very bad situation that I am in yet seems like you must pay your policy (paid up) and have this? No I'm not impressed at all with liberty this is just a disgrace 9 months? I need urgent help and feedback
