poor services and ******
they just flag me, they put me on default without even communicating with me , now my credit profile is messed up, i have paid the balance and they are not providing me with the paid up letter. the name of the consultant is Martha, please fix this urgently , and NCR and ombudsman needs to look into this.

GUY CALLED NASH OR NYASH HE CALLED ME NOW AT 16.30 VERY RUDE NEVER WANT TO DISCLOSE HIS NAME AND ALSO SWEARS AT ME he called with this number 0105102942. HE DONT DESERVE THAT JOB HE IS USELESS. I STAY IN MENLYN AUMMIT PLACE I KNOW YOUR OFFICES ILL LOOK FOR HIM.

I'm very disgusted with this company I have been calling, after they tell me they sent my paid letter which I never received, I dont know they never heard abt TCF I'm going to ombud n FSCA I want my paid up letter, 100rands airtime waisted.

I paid up my loan 4 years ago I never received a paid letter and this is affecting my credit ratings, I need to take the matter to the fsca or ombud.
