BEWARE THEY DONT HAVE A CLUE WHAT THEY ARE DOING - RIPPING PEOPLE OFF
If I could give no stars believe me you would get that. How do you charge a person collection fee more then the debt itself. Are you sure you know what you are really doing there? Well just a quick one...I am not so freaking stupid I will rather go to Court and proof what a bunch of idiots you are and how you milk people. So good luck getting money from me because I will go to court and to just proof to you that you a bunch of clowns I will offer you 1c and guess what you not allowed to decline my offer...See you in Court

Frustrating and Unprofessional Service
Absolutely terrible experience with Lexmed. I was handed over for an invoice I never received — how do you pay something when you don’t even know the amount? They claim they don’t have your details, yet send a WhatsApp using your full preadmission form. When you call, they’re rude and simply say “you need to pay,” then have the nerve to tell you they’ll charge you for calling them. How is that even legal? And why charge collection fees if you never contacted me in the first place? Feels like a complete money-making ****. I’m furious and will take it further if this impacts my credit record

Lexmed my name is Jessica and I want to take legal action against you for blacklisting without even reaching out ! For which account are you blacklisting me for as I have no idea what that account is all about? I would suggest you remove that listing to protect he credibility of that **** company you running ASAP!

Lexmed my name is Jessica and I want to take legal action against you for blacklisting without even reaching out ! For which account are you blacklisting me for as I have no idea what that account is all about? I would suggest you remove that listing to protect he credibility of that **** company you running ASAP!

LexMed is useless
After having copied the accounts lady Patricia at my doctors practice, having her copied in ALL emails to my medical aid and being fully aware of me trying to settle the account and flow up with my medical aid she still hands me over. I have explained this to LexMed as well and they just don’t give a stuff. Please, tell me what exactly what would you like me to do? Physically change the invoice? What? No help, no assistance, no understanding, not even following up with me medical aid.

poor services and ******
they just flag me, they put me on default without even communicating with me , now my credit profile is messed up, i have paid the balance and they are not providing me with the paid up letter. the name of the consultant is Martha, please fix this urgently , and NCR and ombudsman needs to look into this.
