Lexmed Debt Narcissism
Ria Kubin, a worker at this debt collector for Mortons and Partners has won first prize. She feels she is more entitled than our president of SA. My sister's account paid 3 weeks ago for a heart attack: Lekmed Debt continues to harass my sister. After an argument, I use the work k a k and I was told not to swear. I informed Ria Kubin that she does not sound like a child and I don't see how such a small word takes away her ability to speak to me. She said she would see that she contacts Morton's. But, because I dared to harm her obviously narcissistic character: She now continues by whapsapping my sister instead of investing the incorrect account

Formal Complaint Regarding Collection Activity While Account Is Under Dispute
Very disappointed with the conduct of Lexmed. I was contacted close to 9pm demanding payment on behalf of Webafrica, despite the matter currently being under formal dispute and investigation with Webafrica’s Complaints Team. To date, I have still not received a proper written breakdown of the alleged amount owed, nor any final findings from Webafrica regarding the dispute. The matter was already escalated due to poor communication and an unfair dispute/red flag placed against my name, which was later removed pending investigation. It is unacceptable for collection pressure to continue while the account remains unresolved and under active investigation. I have requested that all collection activity be suspended until proper documentation and written clarification are provided. Professionalism, transparency, and fair process are important when dealing with customers, and unfortunately my experience with Lexmed has not reflected that.

BEWARE THEY DONT HAVE A CLUE WHAT THEY ARE DOING - RIPPING PEOPLE OFF
If I could give no stars believe me you would get that. How do you charge a person collection fee more then the debt itself. Are you sure you know what you are really doing there? Well just a quick one...I am not so freaking stupid I will rather go to Court and proof what a bunch of idiots you are and how you milk people. So good luck getting money from me because I will go to court and to just proof to you that you a bunch of clowns I will offer you 1c and guess what you not allowed to decline my offer...See you in Court

Absolutely terrible experience with Lexmed. I was handed over for an invoice I never received — how do you pay something when you don’t even know the amount? They claim they don’t have your details, yet send a WhatsApp using your full preadmission form. When you call, they’re rude and simply say “you need to pay,” then have the nerve to tell you they’ll charge you for calling them. How is that even legal? And why charge collection fees if you never contacted me in the first place? Feels like a complete money-making ****. I’m furious and will take it further if this impacts my credit record
