Well just a quick one...I am not so freaking stupid I will rather go to Court and proof what a bunch of idiots you are and how you milk people. So good luck getting money from me because I will go to court and to just proof to you that you a bunch of clowns I will offer you 1c and guess what you not allowed to decline my offer...See you in Court

To Karen from Team Visa and Travel words will never be able to say how grateful I am in all the assistance you gave me as well is every day follow up to see if I managed to come right. Firstly let me say they did not even do my son's Visa we did it ourself and it took like forever and then something popped up that we did not know what it meant. Karen you went out of your way to assist and explain why it happened and what would happen next. You followed up every day to see if we have come right yet and I can finally say Yes it is all done and my son will be flying out next week. I already spoke to you this morning to say thank you and just once again to say WOW what a amazing person you are that even assisted us and we did it ourself. Get ready Karen next year for sure you will be handling all my son and his friends Visa. Once again THANK YOU
Firstly I would like to give a HUGE shout out to Sinethemba Radebe. She spoke to me in March and I was still in two minds to get Affinity. I emailed her yesterday and believe it or not she still remembered speak to me and so willing to assist. Due to me working in a Call Centre she made me give her a time to call and she called me that time. All was explained to me so nicely as well as she took time to answer my questions. Thank you Sinethemba Radebe for the wonderful service and assistance. I am happy to say due to the service she gave me I am now a proud Affinity Member. Keep up the great work.
What a amazing experience. I have been with them for 7 years bought my son a car added it and it was hassle free and so so easy. Thank you guys
We used their service this passed weekend due to them coming highly recommended by a friend that always used them. We arranged for a 4 ton close truck to do our move due to us knowing that it was going to rain. An hour before they were due to arrive we received a message to say the truck was not available but that they were busy arranging something else for us. Take note we have paid the deposit in advance. What happen...A 1 ton bakkie arrived with a trailer. And only the driver and 2 guys to assist. Told Blessing our contact person called him with my airtime that it is not going to work because it is to small and it is raining and there is not enough guys to help. Blessing then wanted to charge us for two trips....He made a mistake and wanted to make it our problem. I had to get my sons to come help us carry the stuff and pay petrol for them to drive up and down. Abel I believe is the owner his cell number did not work and here we were stuck and just had to go with what we had even while it was running. Our stuff got wet we had to place a fan on some of the stuff and even I had to down load my own stuff. And to make things even worse they refuse to off load our stuff till the balance was paid over and cleared immediately...TAKE NOTE IT WAS STILL RAINING AND OUR STUFF WAS GETTING WETTER....Abel if you read this call Antoinette or myself ASAP or else this will be posted on ever social media i can find and this will be handed over to a lawyer. This was not service this was Blessing not knowing what to do or even know customer service.
I have never in my life seen a Company that does not know how to do their accounts like Vodacom. You go make a payment, then you hear it is double the amount. Which i would love to know how do they get to that amount. Made a R900 payment just to get lied to and say phone will be on in 4 hours. Call the call centre for feedback and they more worried about security questions then assisting on the main problem. The Company promises great service but in return you get useless account billing and prople that would rather lie and take your money. One single word Vodacom...USELESS
My partner took out a policy from Momentum for our son but till today there is no documentation nothing. We do not know what policy she has and to top it all this month a payment went off her account she called the broker and explained that something is wrong the amount is incorrect. He asked her for her banking details and funny the extra money was transferred back to her account. So here we are we are paying for a policy 1. which we dont know what it is? 2. No paperwork if something should happen and lastly no one is willing to let us know what is going on.
