Frustrating and Unprofessional Service

Absolutely terrible experience with Lexmed. I was handed over for an invoice I never received — how do you pay something when you don’t even know the amount? They claim they don’t have your details, yet send a WhatsApp using your full preadmission form. When you call, they’re rude and simply say “you need to pay,” then have the nerve to tell you they’ll charge you for calling them. How is that even legal? And why charge collection fees if you never contacted me in the first place? Feels like a complete money-making ****. I’m furious and will take it further if this impacts my credit record
