Takealot cancelled my order after the latest alcohol ban was announced. They did this via a generic message explaining how it's not their fault. When I asked what was happening with the remainder of my order, I was told it would be delivered. Instead the entire order was cancelled. It's not good enough. All the items cost more now. Please contact me urgently to resolve this issue.
Zero stars. Flight delayed twice and now cancelled. Called the call centre and they can't help. Bag damaged. New flight over 5 hours after scheduled flight. I would like a full refund.
They sold me a 2008 model car with 5 tyres. The tread is okay but 4 out of the 5 tyres are dangerously old...one of them was made in 2014 and one 1999! When I called to inform the owner he gave me a million excuses. MAKE SURE YOU CHECK EVERY SINGLE DETAIL BEFORE PURCHASING FROM THESE GUYS!
I have received a number of cold calls from Mondo. Each time from a new number and new company name "on behalf of Mondo" I've asked to be removed from the list. This has not been done. I've asked on facebook and on their support number to be removed. They want my full name and phone number to do this. I refuse to provide my details, they already have my details. They refuse to remove me by name. They keep calling me regardless of my requests. I have tried using trucaller to block them but since they change phone numbers so regularly, they still manage to get through. They are wasting my time and testing my patience
I've been trying to cancel my Telkom account since the 15th January 2016. I have been provided with a number of invalid phone numbers to call and was even provided with the incorrect cancellations email address by Lunga Miller.<br> <br> I've contacted the call centre, I've tried via email, I've tried via Twitter. No one has been able to tell me if my account has been cancelled or not.<br> <br> Please assist.<br> <br>
A fault has been open for 14 days now.<br> <br> No technician has been assigned.<br> No updates have been added to the fault.<br> No estimate of timings has been provided.<br> <br> When asked the call centre says that they cannot escalate the issue further. They don't know why a technician hasn't been assigned either.<br> <br> The line has now been down for the same amount of time it took to get it installed. <br> <br> Reference #: 376crk250915
I bought a Sony Experia Z3 compact from Vodacom on contract. The phone is advertised as waterproof. Despite this the phone died the very first time it came in contact with water.<br> <br> I took the phone to Vodacom Hyde Park to enquire about repairs. 18 Feb 2015<br> They booked the phone in and sent it to Vodacom Lakeside 21 Feb 2015<br> I received no further information from Vodacom<br> I followed up with Vodacom Lakeside. Anna informed me that phone is only water resistant and not waterproof. This is not true according to the Sony user guide. 18 March 2015<br> The manager at Vodacom Lakeside informed me that he would send the phone to SSS Cellular for further testing.
