Dear Gomolemo the cashier shop 5567 It was not appreciated by you to tell me that the manager is not available and the supervisor did not come to work when I requested that the price be reduced to the price I saw on the shelf. As customers, price attracts, it makes shoppers into buyers. Only to find out you can reduce the prices. Please teach other cashiers not to argue with customers about price errors.
I would like to appreciate the service from Portia Banda by making sure I understand everything about my policy. She was patient with me..she is so lovely to deal with..she keeps on updating me when my policy is affected Thank you Portia. Keep the good work up.
Best service from Fairprice Nkomo team. Everyone was helpful, even the delivery guys. The manager went out of her way to find the product I was looking for at other branches. I was impressed. Thank you team.
Why is the system not scanning the points card on the phone. We can be pressing numbers on the long queues. Please upgrade the system as we(customers) store our rewards cards on our phones. Cashier by the name of Tshegofatso Phasa at Pick n Pay Nkomo Village gave me attitude..she seems not willing to scan my card or help me use the points card. I ended up not enjoying my rewards(not using my shopper card)

Please train the staff well as I was so disappointed when I came in to buy Smart TV. My TV license is valid and I did show them the proof of payment but I couldn't use it because the cashier saw R265 balance. TV License people confirmed with me that everything is in order..and valid. I'm paying my TV license so I can use it. Please respect that.
I really don't understand why every time I come to buy ice-cream with my family. The ice-cream is wet.. I come during the day..during the evening. "Ice-cream is wet" "we have milk shake"..I don't want milk shake. My daughter wants ice cream
I was at Cash Crusaders Qagga trying to buy my family TV as promised throughout the month and got disappointed with the service I was given from the TV license department. Is it disappointing to pay a TV license every year and when you need to use it, they tell you that you can't use it. I paid on the 10th of April 2025 as I was getting messages from TV License every day telling me to pay. When I get to the store trying to buy the TV they are telling me many stories, and I should go to police station. For what? This is your product. You should be able to help customers as we are paying. There is this options it was for the first time hearing about 1. Holiday home. 2. Domestic. 3. Business. I didn't know about them until today but I don't care..I did manage to buy my TV then. I asked the cashier to use one of the options to help me, the cashier told me it can't go through. What is it that I'm paying for?
