Extremely upsetting
Extremely unhappy with the service provided. Not only is my coat permanently damaged, beyond repair but the way the manager dealt with my complaint was highly unprofessional and upsetting.

DO NOT USE THIS DRY CLEANER
When looking for a Dry Cleaner please avoid Soft Elegance at All Saints Spar AT ALL COSTS. They have royally ruined my faux fur coat, my prized posession and the one thing that gets me through winter. When I dropped it off it felt silky like the belly of a baby bear, now it feels like an old carpet that I wouldn't even want to give to my dogs. The manager's response: there's nothing wrong with this, it is 200% fine. He's got 15 years experience with cleaning coats like this.... My a**e! I know what it's supposed to feel like, I've owned it for years. But I must be lying?!?! I'm beyond disgusted with the situation and how it's been handled. Please save yourself the trauma and go somewhere else.

Happy customer
I called MiWay because I got a flat tyre on the highway in rush hour traffic and while I had pulled over into the emergency lane, I didn't feel safe changing it because so many people use the emergency lane as if it's a normal lane. Ntokozo Sibeko got someone out to me within 15 minutes, perhaps faster. They changed the tyre and were on their way. I'm very happy with the service I received today.
