Complaint against Frank.net

I have a salary protection plan with frank.net I was retrenched abouth two years ago, they weren't helpful at all at that time. They always wanted more paper work and had more excuses fran.net never paid me out. After all was said and done , I attempted to cancel the policy with frank.net. they weren't helpful either they have been deducting my account every month. It is probably the poorest service i have experienced ever.
