Death by Cancelation
He payed for more than 5 years on life insurance, when death arrives no one follow-up as when the policy does not get paid or if you alive but actually you dead, but they do a cancelation on your behalf after a few months if they don't receive money. Remember a call or a email does not cut it as and when you dead no one check your phone or mails, does that make sense. So when a person reaches retirement age and can't afford it anymore, what then do you get money back? Definitely not recommended service and it's s a money making business and a rip off to human kind.

Outstanding service from Yumna, Nicole and the entire Frank.Net/Liberty Team
If the world was made up of more people like Yumna, Nicole and the entire team from Frank.Net/Liberty, it would be an amazing place. Not only was she proficient and efficient at dealing with my problem, she understood what no one else was able to understand and has gone over and above to try assist me. Excellent job

Frank.net Liberty Life will defraud you !
I am a Frank.net salary insurance policy holder. I lost my job in June 2020 due to Covid19. I applied with Frank.net and my claim was vetted and authorized. My first due date for payment was 1 October 2020. I still have received no payment from them. Their claims department gave me nothing but lies and empty promises. To boot I have learned that Frank.net is underwritten by Liberty Life. Frank.net and Liberty Life have defrauded me. People please, have nothing to do with these companies.

I am a Frank.net salary insurance policy holder. I lost my job in June 2020 due to Covid19. I applied with Frank.net and my claim was vetted and authorized. Frank.net - think twice.
Please don't be taken in by this insurance company who phones you and sells you a life policy over the phone without a medical check up. My husband took out a policy with them and has since passed away in October 2019. They sent us a whole list of documents required, amongst others the claims made to our medical aid/s for the past 10 years. We eventually was able to submit everything they needed and was told at the beginning of December that the claim has been sent through to their claims dept. not a word since from Frank.net. No update, no settlement, nothing. Please think twice before taking out a life policy with this company.

Complaint against Frank.net
I have a salary protection plan with frank.net I was retrenched abouth two years ago, they weren't helpful at all at that time. They always wanted more paper work and had more excuses fran.net never paid me out. After all was said and done , I attempted to cancel the policy with frank.net. they weren't helpful either they have been deducting my account every month. It is probably the poorest service i have experienced ever.

Frank.net are crooks
After paying this policy for 4 years, they are no longer signing up new policies, I phoned the offices to ask them to upgrade my policy because it lapsed, they refuse to and I been told they no longer are signing up new policies. Poor service, I paid almost 25000 Rand and have not received any correspondence, they debit your account but don't live up to their promises.
