I received my annual policy renewal letter and to my shock the premium increase was 35%! I had no claims the past year and there were no changes to my risk profile. All my policy details remained unchanged. It seems that they offer you a good initial premium to get the business and then drastically increase the premium the first chance they get. Definitely not in line with Treating Customers Fairly. Please be aware of this if you are considering moving to them.
Pick n Pay ASAP 30 Million Rand Christmas competition/promotion seems like false advertising and a hoax. They suppose to send a unique code wthin 48h needed to log your puchase. When logging a ticket, no one gets back. Absolutely pathetic service and it is clear and obvious why Chechers 60-60 will soon be the only go to option.
Made an online purchase from Sell-SA and no response from them, messaged them without any response - stay clear it's a S C A M
They are the worst supplier. Don't even try buying from them.

Worst service ever!!! As regular customers of the store, we expect the basic level of customer service but clearly this store does not need the support of the public which is evident in the pathetic customer service levels. Its demoralizing to be treated like an animal, humiliated - clearly racisim still exists. I want a response on this and remediation!!!!!
Initially when I got connected to Metro Fiber, I thought that there were exceptional. I'm highly frustrated, because you don't get any support via WhatsApp or trying to log a call. Issue still not resolved and no reference number from the Whatsapp support portal. This is truly shocking.

I was extremely disappointed by the service that I got from TuYu, by far the worst experience I have had with Mobile rewards services. developers are still getting back to me and all my requests are ignored, what a JOKE!!!!!
I requested a plumber to come and fix a blocked drain from Miway home assistance, and yet again Miway came to my rescue. Within and hour and a half the drain was fixed. I can't thank you enough for the superior service received. Thank you to Haniph Nkuna keeping me updated and also received professional support and assistance. Keep up the excellent work!
