Frank.net are crooks

After paying this policy for 4 years, they are no longer signing up new policies, I phoned the offices to ask them to upgrade my policy because it lapsed, they refuse to and I been told they no longer are signing up new policies. Poor service, I paid almost 25000 Rand and have not received any correspondence, they debit your account but don't live up to their promises.
