Bought non leather sofas but paid leather price

I bought a set of sofas from the above mentioned shop in 2011, my problem is that they now starting to peal off. I think the problem is that bi was told they are genuine leather. M now suprised and need assistance. I've tried sins January to speak to the director know to me as Arie, bt we can't reach any goal. I've paid plus minus 40k course I was toldit's a genuine leather.
