Empty promises and non delivery of order
On the 26 November 2022 we walked into the Italian Lights & Furniture Store After being impressed by their Versace Leather Lounge Suite 3+2+1 Seater with a price tag of R 79 999 and Chrome Dinning Room Suite with 6 Dalia Chairs with price tag of R 46 900. Upon concluding the purchase agreement and putting down two deposits of R 16 000 and R 2 210 respectively, little did we (my family and I) know that they will literally turn down their italian lights on us by actually selling Human Smooth Tongue 👅 filled with empty promises with lots and lots of unrealistic,unfulfilled promises and lies, of which today as I pen down this emotional heart-felt, very sad, furious and frustrated review I'm still struggling to get my deposits refunded back to me as per the Owner Empty Promises and Commitment 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭

Bought non leather sofas but paid leather price
I bought a set of sofas from the above mentioned shop in 2011, my problem is that they now starting to peal off. I think the problem is that bi was told they are genuine leather. M now suprised and need assistance. I've tried sins January to speak to the director know to me as Arie, bt we can't reach any goal. I've paid plus minus 40k course I was toldit's a genuine leather.
