Service second to none
The service I have enjoyed from this business is absolutely second to none. I ordered the wrong subwoofer by Alpine due to my own stupidity. When it was delivered I realised that it would not fit and I contacted Alli's to ask whether they would swap it out for a Focal slim sub. Transpires the original subwoofer was sourced from Cape Town, shipped by the wholesaler to Pretoria and then Alli's shipped it back to me in Cape Town. Naeem arranged with the wholesaler in Cape Town for me to return the Alpine and collect the Focal. He engaged in numerous whatsapp exchanges with me day and night to organise this. He then told me that the Focal was a couple of hundered rands cheaper and that he would reimburse me the difference. All of this was offered of his own accord, without me having to ask. Service like this is rare in this day and age. If in future I ever wish to buy anything that Alli's can provide, I will not hesitate for a second to support them.

Kreepy Krauly Dominator rip off
Dominator is a fantastic decice until it stops working due to wear on the main drive shaft. So , obvious solution is to simply buy a new drive shaft, except you can't, you have to buy a whole assortment of parts, known as the "tune up kit" (like in Formula One I suppose, just slower) for a third of the cost of a brand new unit. The term "rip off" come to mind. This was a South African product, sold to a US company (Pentair) and now South African consumers get ripped off. Kinda sticks in my craw. Gubaai Pentair, hello Orca Voyager.

Run away!
I'm not one to write poor review as I usually give companies the benefit of the doubt, however in this case I need to warn prospective customers to stay far away. I ordered a CPU which they clearly did not have in stock although the website gave no indication of this, so once paid it was a case of "it comes when it comes, wait and see". Eventually it arrived. Now, 3 months later, after persistent nagging they resolutely refuse to issue me with a tax invoice. Dodgy to say the least - not worth the couple of bucks you might save - there are other decent outfits out there
