Absolutely shocking service from Darryl and Paul the owner. I took my Land Rover in to get my alternator fixed and a service done at the same time. While I was there I mentioned that my turbo might have to be replaced as black smoke was coming out the exhaust. Darryl and I agreed that once the alternator was fixed they would be able to only then diagnose what the issue was with my car. All great up to that point. I was then told that they have diagnosed the problem and it is the turbo which had to be replaced. I went ahead and purchased a new turbo from turbo exchange. A full 4 days go by after they had received the part and no news from them. I then call and get told it will be ready the next morning. Come the following afternoon I arrive there and the car still isn’t ready and I then get told the car would STILL smoke as there is another issue which they failed to inform me about. Now if I ask for the car to get diagnosed and have to pay R41000 I would expect it to be done properly. No half truths and non existent lack of communication. Absolutely disgusted.
