What a pleasure to call only to compliment because Mike and his team assure you that hearing a noise in your vehicle is not the norm and you are not being a nag .They actually listen to you and find the source of your noise complaint pure bliss when you have a vehicle that is just purring again Could not be happier

A very good dealership with extensive network. Reasonably priced deals on all new vehicles. Wide range of used vehicles also available. Customer service is very good and staff are knowledgeable about the vehicles on sale. Safe and secure parking on the premises. Test drives can be conveniently arranged when booking an appointment. Nicely sized showroom in an easily accessible location. Definitely worth the visit, for those looking at purchasing a vehicle.

Land rover is a rip off. I am very unhappy ! The letters of the word spelling DISCOVERY is falling off and then you have to pay for it to be fixed. It’s not like I am s****ing the letters off for fun. The letters falling off says a lot... no pride. The windscreen strips are constantly falling off even when fixed by LAND ROVER itself. The side steps rubbers are also coming loose. The car is not even 2 years old. When you want to get your car fixed the staff is also very rude. Why pay 1.4 million for a car that breaks and bad service when you can buy a Toyota for less and get better quality and service. DONT BUY LAND ROVER !!!!

Never take your car to The Centre, Glen Anil in Durban owned by Paul. He quoted me R50k to replace my turbo in March. I took my car to him on the 2nd of April. On the 8th he confirmed it was the turbo and the price and further advised it would be ready by the 12th. After numerous calls and sms's from myself on the 9th of May he told me I could come and fetch the car but he also has to change some sensor. When I got there he told me wait another 2hours and that the price was now R69k. I came back after 2 hours and the car was still not ready. I decided to hang around the workshop as it seemed when you are not in front of them they do not take you seriously. When they were done I paid the R69k and asked for the old parts taken out of the car. They were only able to produce the sensor and not the turbo. My partner then suggested that he suspects they didn't even change the turbo and then we left. Just outside on Old North Coast Road, we realized the car was worse than it was when we dropped it off. We went and put in some diesel and came back. We told them we unfortunately cannot take the car like that as we had paid already. After numerous follow ups again from myself, early June they told me the second turbo needed to be replaced. We then felt we could not trust them to the job as we are not convinced they did the first one. We then told them we needed to get the car back and a report on the work done so we could take it elsewhere to have their work checked as well. I kept reminding them about this report and kept providing them my email address. The report never came. In July I again told them I need the report as my partner was driving from the Eastern Cape to go and fetch the car, they apologised and indicated that one if their mechanics damaged the car tryinh to move it out of the workshop and it was in for some body work. I asked for the name of the panel Beaters coz we needed to see it. They then said no it was still with them. Through August I continued to follow up with them and only in September they said it was back. I again asked them for a report and they said they have no report buy a copy of the receipt they gave me plus an invoice for the additional. I asked what additional work and who authorized that. They told me the windscreen and other work. I told them I am not paying for no additional work or windscreen as I never authorized that. I reminded them of what happened since the 2nd of April. In October I decided to enlist the services of a lawyer and on the 24th of October they sent the report in the form of an invoice, insisting they gave it to me on the say I fetched the car and yet they only gave me the speed point receipt. The invoice now says the turbo was reconditioned. I went to fetch the car and found the bonnet and put was not closing. The rear right door handle not working. It didn't have a battery and on enquiry the first response was it came without a battery yet the concede it was driven there. The computer was indicating a whole lot of problems, engine light was on, charging system fault, etc. I bought a battrey from Battrey Centre and the gentleman from Battrey Centre fitted it in right infront of me. But when I complained to Paul about the message "charging system fault" he said the gentleman broke a cable and left it hanging and that it would take them an hour 30min to repair though he never even bothered to leave his office and come and show me the car since I arrived. To me this indicated they had broken the cable long before we got there. How else would he even know how long it would take them to repair it. Everyone just kept telling me to go straight to the filling station as it was empty. What happened to the diesel we left when we came to fetch the car in May? I took the car and drove home to Pmb. The cover for the battery was missing also. I asked them about this and they said these cars never have covers there. A Range Rover Vogue!!! As I left I realized the car was just the same as I had left it. On a level road it would drive up to 120km/h and uphill at 60-80km/h. Following morning on the 25th, I dropped off the car with them at 8am and asked them he would call me when done. When I got there at 15h30 they said they were done. I checked the car and found the rear door still isn't working. I called them and they just told me the cable is broken. I asked what broke the cable when the car with them and they just shrugged their shoulders. I was exhausted and decided to live. Out of their showroom, along Old North Coast Road, the car now only drives at 10km/h. I continued hoping it would get better, and kept stopping on the roadside at pick hour on the N3. The car eventually gave it and couldn't move. I eventually called a tow truck and waited at the Petroport. While sitting in the car I decided to watch TV and had to get the car engine running as the power was going down. The car started overheating. I opened the bonnet to assess and all the internals of the car were staring at me, no covers. I took a picture and sent to Paul and told him I want my covers and he hasn't responded until now. I want my covers
