The Centre, Durban -VERY POOR service and workmanship

Sadly when you have an older model Landrover and not even Landrover themselves have the fdiagnostics for your car, you have very little choice in whom you can take your vehicle to.

I had such poor service from The Centre in Old North Coast Road, Durban. Their mechanics work is not checked by a supervisor and how I know this is because after having my entire cooling system Replaced (head gasket overhaul etc), my Landy was returned with a bolt missing from the coolant tank (which was replaced as well).

They don’t communicate with you, you have to do every follow up call. I have been waiting for a reply to two emails I sent back in the beginning of December 2018. When they are challenged about the quality of their work, they get aggressive over the phone.

My Landy is sadly still giving me cooling issues despite paying close to R33k with all the work needing to be done and parts needing to be replaced.

Bad service, bad workmanship!
