What an amazing experience with such a professional consultant in the retentions department Ms Mbalizethu Ngoobo. I have been a long standing customer of ABSA idirect insurance (over 11 years) and almost went to another insurance provider but thanks to the wonderful way in which Ms Mabli assisted me, i decided to remain a loyal customer of ABSA idirect. There are very few people that i have encountered who provide such excellent service to keep a customer. I truly felt like i mattered and that i wasn't just a number! Well done to this retentions department specialist!

My account was just frozen without any communication from fnb. I then get an sms telling me to contact the number on the back of my card and guess what.. there's nobody working! Unreal! Such bad service from fnb .. no communication.. just freeze your account?? Pathetic fnb!
I am getting an error message from FNB online when trying to withdraw funds from paypal. FNB keeps transferring me to paypal and there is nobody there to answer the query.
Sadly when you have an older model Landrover and not even Landrover themselves have the fdiagnostics for your car, you have very little choice in whom you can take your vehicle to. I had such poor service from The Centre in Old North Coast Road, Durban. Their mechanics work is not checked by a supervisor and how I know this is because after having my entire cooling system Replaced (head gasket overhaul etc), my Landy was returned with a bolt missing from the coolant tank (which was replaced as well). They don’t communicate with you, you have to do every follow up call. I have been waiting for a reply to two emails I sent back in the beginning of December 2018. When they are challenged about the quality of their work, they get aggressive over the phone. My Landy is sadly still giving me cooling issues despite paying close to R33k with all the work needing to be done and parts needing to be replaced. Bad service, bad workmanship!
