Being asked to do bridging courses CTA at Milpark even though the courses where already done in the undergrad degree . Absolutely no explanation from them despite appeal process .No outcome given of Appeal.Smacks of a money making system ...Disappointed .

My vehicle was taken to Landrover Durban on 29 March 2021 .A claim on my extended warranty was submitted on the 15 April 2021 .What happened from date of acceptance of delivery to 15 April 2021 is unknown .Parts delivered on 20 April 2021 but i am told that the vehicle will only be ready perhaps next week .A full month will be 29 April 2021 and i sit without a vehicle .I am offered a courtesy car but requested to sign for an excess of R40k if the car is damaged as my car does not qualify for a loan vehicle .The level of service at Landrover is definitely diminished .JLR Should actually leave the country .Never again will i buy a vehicle from them and totally discourage anyone else from investing in the brand .Gone to the dogs .I wish i had read all the complaints about this brand before i bought
Kevin was just remarkable .Every second day like clockwork I was given an update on my vehicle repair.I did not have to chase them at all .I never made a single call .This is service par excellence
