What an inequipped useless company! Dreadful communication no accountability! Like a circus without a tent!!! Lacking in management and training! Horrible!
I have been dealing with a person called Chantel Mey****h regarding medical negligence claim. She has avoided all emails stating she's too busy to reply! Not the kind of attorneys you want to defend you. Disgraceful and heartless! Reading other reviews I see I'm not the only one! What an uncaring world we live in!
Shocking Woolworths customer service! They escalate and then nothing. Woolworths contract Dash to do their on line deliveries they are the worst. No refund no wallet credit they simply promise and nothing happens. It's a disgrace. Use Mr D instead anyway! They refund within minutes! Woolworths not interested if Dash Owes you refund. And yet we order on line with Woolworths not dash and woolworths must take full responsibility!! But they couldn't care less. I told them to sort it out with Dash they just put my call through to Dash. Not interested in helping. Don't think there are any customer care real people just automated responses. Poor service woolwirths treating your customers so poorly. Watch out!!! Checkers and Pick Pay overtaking!

I shop at various Spars, pick and pays, woolworths etc but never before have i received such amazing consistent shopping experience as i have at Spar glenwood. It doesnt matter who you deal with...the lady at veg weighing, the bakery..the staff person walking by..the till ladies..the butchery..the packers..the cleaners..EVERYONE i mean everyone is so so friendly and happy!! It is overwhrlming sometimes. I have many times told management and they say thanks..but...do they really know what a treat it really is for a shopper. Old saying but true People will forget what yoy said or did but they will never forget how you made them feel. Well done to this friendly team!!! And management who somehow have got it right!! What a pleasure it was dealing with MTN upstairs branch at Musgrave Centre. SYLVESTER not only successfully upgraded my contract but he took the time to explain all the conditions and terms. He is somebody who enjoys his job, loves dealing with the public, is highly skilled and friendly. I guess it's just some thing you born with. Thank you Sylvester for excellent service. FNB don't have their customers interests at heart. All work from home unqualified agents with no leader or accountability Shocking and looking at Hello Peter complaints they can't even be bothered to respond. Extremely poor service and couldn't be bothered with you attitude. What happened to giving customers support and feedback. Backward bank! How can we help You!!!
