Very disrespectful staff
Poor customer service. I went to Spar restaurant at Ferndale village to have breakfast today. Orderd egg omelet with fillings. Besides my order being served late, the eggs were burnt and everything had no seasoning whatsoever. I tried seasoning it and eating but couldn't stomach it. I told one of the waiters about it and he asked if they should make another one for me with no apology and uninterested attitude. I told him that I didn't want another one because m in a hurry and he mumbled something as he walked away. I feld so disrespected and I called the manager. She came to my table with an attitude too. When I told her about the issue her response was " it's not burnt, it's crispy" she spoke over me and didn't care much about the issue at hand. I settled my bill and left their food there. The staff need to really fix their attitude and treat customers fairly. Offering to make another meal or to let me have meal for free is not what I wanted. I needed to be treated with respect and that is not what happened there.

Excellence and friendly service! Glenwood!
I shop at various Spars, pick and pays, woolworths etc but never before have i received such amazing consistent shopping experience as i have at Spar glenwood. It doesnt matter who you deal with...the lady at veg weighing, the bakery..the staff person walking by..the till ladies..the butchery..the packers..the cleaners..EVERYONE i mean everyone is so so friendly and happy!! It is overwhrlming sometimes. I have many times told management and they say thanks..but...do they really know what a treat it really is for a shopper. Old saying but true People will forget what yoy said or did but they will never forget how you made them feel. Well done to this friendly team!!! And management who somehow have got it right!! Barbara🙏

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
Thank you for the most unpleasant shopping expierence at your store today . The unproffesionalism and poor customer service I received from Eugene the (director) manager at at the till points today . From a bad attitude , unfriendly behaviour towards your customer and ignoring customer rights ... Please make sure your prices are correct on the shelves and not old prices . Where you refuse to give “The price you see is the price you pay” And making your own rules ...by demanding the customer to pay full price , because you are behind with your store's price changes . Please go and read The Customer Protection Act !!!
