Poor customer service. I went to Spar restaurant at Ferndale village to have breakfast today. Orderd egg omelet with fillings. Besides my order being served late, the eggs were burnt and everything had no seasoning whatsoever. I tried seasoning it and eating but couldn't stomach it. I told one of the waiters about it and he asked if they should make another one for me with no apology and uninterested attitude. I told him that I didn't want another one because m in a hurry and he mumbled something as he walked away. I feld so disrespected and I called the manager. She came to my table with an attitude too. When I told her about the issue her response was " it's not burnt, it's crispy" she spoke over me and didn't care much about the issue at hand. I settled my bill and left their food there. The staff need to really fix their attitude and treat customers fairly. Offering to make another meal or to let me have meal for free is not what I wanted. I needed to be treated with respect and that is not what happened there.
Worst experience. I place an online order on Jan 26 an paid for early delivery for the 29th. My order was not delivered and I didn't get any call as to why. I followed up with woolworths the next day and they told me that the delivery failed because of the address. I asked why I wasn't called and the lady at customer service told me that they "normally don't call" mind you it wasn't the 1st time I used the same address they claimed failed. I requested the order to be canceled on the 30th. I am still waiting for my refund since then. When I followed up again 2 days ago I was told that my cancelation req2qaa logged but not processed. I was told to wait 3-7 working days for my refund and I am typing this now because I have not received my refund and I don't understand why woolworths the trusted retail company would conduct their business in such a disreputable manner. I am so disappointed and I want my money no layer than to including the early delivery fee.
I am very disappointed at woolworths. Bought an item online, no invoice was emailed to me,i asked for the invoice to be emailed to me as I wanted to return the item. Spoke to the email department which they responded after 24 hours for every email I sent. They still didn't send me the invoice instead advised me to take the item to the nearest store and get my refund. The store then wanted to give me a gift voucher because I didn't have an invoice that states how much I paid for the item. I bought the item on the app and got logged off for no apparent reason and unfortunately I had to reset the password. To my surprise the entire order history was deleted from the app which is why I don't have an invoice. I then DMe woolworths on Twitter last week and all I got was a promise to get the invoice sent to me. They took my contact but nobody got back to me I even made a follow up the next day and still told they are going to prioritize the matter. I mean I really didn't expect such nonsense from a big shop like woolworths I don't know if it is about race or not but m disgusted beyond and I want my money back asap
Capitec decided to switch my personal debit order account details without my consent. The debit order was supposed to come off today from my FNB account as per my contract since October last year.i was suprise to learn that capitec decided to deduct the installment from my capitec account instead of the initial FNB account. Now they have deducted insufficient funds because the funds were in my capitec account were not ment for the loan installment. I called them and i learned that that the money was deducted towards the loan installment..I have enough funds in my FNB account I don't know why the hell capitec did this and i don't want my credit scoring to be affected for something so stupid I need this sorted out today because I am not making any late payments towards my loan because of you guys.wprse when I called the fraud departmentsome lady has a decency to laugh on the call and tells me system is offline I should call back after an hour..this is after i stayed on the line for too long and just after i called and was told where the money had gone..
