Pathetic service
If u could give a no star, then I would. I purchased a lounge set from FAB FURNITURE end of June 2020. 5 months later, the couches started sinking in and all cushions move out of place when you sit. I sent several emails and WhatsApp messages, no response, eventually after 2 months, I got a response. They refused to give my cash back. So I had to pay R3100 more for another couch. But I didn't have a choice, the same couches are, R2000 less in other stores. Service is pathetic and they are just rip offs. They are thieves from what I can say. There is nothing FABULOUS about the furniture. Pathetic service

Total Rip Off
I have said this previously. I understand its gambling and its a risk we take and that the casino has to make money. But the amount of money I have lost compared to my winnings is ridiculous. I am a black card holder, I feel that somehow our cards are monitored. When I win small and go back the next time, they seem to take more than your winnings back. I have never won a major jackpot or any draws. I feel like the same people are on a winning streak all the time. The casino is more like a rip off now. What makes me more disappointed is when I ask for a drink or a sandwich, I am told that do not have enough points, after spending thousands. Monte, you have my details, check how much I put in over the years and how much I got out. And even what I got out you take way more than that back. Worst casino ever.
