If I could give less than one star, I would. I was assured the CleanQuo team would arrive between 1pm and 2pm on the scheduled service day. At around 2pm, they advised they wouldn’t make it and would instead come at 3:15pm. They never showed. By 4pm, I was told they could not make it at all for the day. The next morning, they were meant to arrive between 9am and 10am, but once again did not show. After numerous calls, I was finally told the team “does not listen” and had gone to another site. I was then promised another team within 45 minutes — an hour passed and still nothing. When I followed up again, I eventually received a call saying they were “14 minutes away.” The team was eventually dropped off, completed the cleaning, and only finished around 3pm. The couches were soaked, not just damp — drenched in water and soap. Despite all the inconvenience, delays, and lack of communication, they still charged extra due to the couch being larger. I wouldn’t have minded the extra fee, but given everything that transpired, they could have at least offered a discount to retain a customer. I will never use CleanQuo again, and neither will friends and family who heard about this experience. They’ve lost more than just one customer.
I received a call from Larissa explaining how amazing the Carrot Reward Program is, and if you sign up today, you get immediate rewards such as 20% off at Pet Pool and Home. I specifically asked if the program has a tiered approach and if you need a certain amount of points to get to activate rewards and I was told, no you get the rewards staright away. Now I have paid the subscription, and paid for the activity trackers and found out that the approach is tiered, it will take months before you even reap any rewards because getting the points is so slow. I am extremely unhappy about being **** to just to make a sale. This is extremely ********* behaviour and I cant beleive dotsure/carrot employs dishonest people, or maybe carrot/dotsure told their employees to be dishonest, who knows. I would not have signed up to a rewards program that does not actually provide rewards. I already help my dogs live a happy healthy life, I did not need a rewards app to do so, the main reason for my sign up is for the rewards.
Guys, please I urge any lady that loves online shopping. Never ever buy anything from EONIA ONLINE. My sister recently bought a dress on their website. She received it, tried it on and it was too small. Shen then returned it to them saying that it is too small in very good order. They then advised her that they will inspect the dress and responded after a while saying that her refund will not be processed as the dress did not meet the returns policy, that the seams were completely pulled apart, which we know for sure was not the case. When we went back to collect the dress again, it looked like the dress was purposely pulled apart and was in no way in the condition that we returned the dress in. Do not support businesses that do not care about their clients and will go this far to make money.
I would most definitely recommend Eurobirde to any Future Bride. The Staff are extremely helpful and welcoming. They made me feel comfortable during the whole experience and shared in the excitement of finding the perfect dress. I can not wait for my next fitting. Thank You Eurobride.
