Highly recommend!
Incredible work! Super efficient and thorough. The team did an amazing job cleaning our home before we moved in and it is sparkling! They cleaned literally every part of the house including patios and outdoor spaces, cupboards, carpets, wooden floors and every nook & cranny! It was also super easy to book & organize and they were very accommodating to our change of plans. The team also brings all their own equipment & detergents so you don’t have to worry about a thing. HIGHLY recommend using their services for any cleaning job! I am super impressed.

Highly recommend!
Incredible work! Super efficient and thorough. The team did an amazing job cleaning our home before we moved in and it is sparkling! They cleaned literally every part of the house including patios and outdoor spaces, cupboards, carpets, wooden floors and every nook & cranny! It was also super easy to book & organize and they were very accommodating to our change of plans. The team also brings all their own equipment & detergents so you don’t have to worry about a thing. HIGHLY recommend using their services for any cleaning job! I am super impressed.

Would give minus stars if I could
If I could give less than one star, I would. I was assured the CleanQuo team would arrive between 1pm and 2pm on the scheduled service day. At around 2pm, they advised they wouldn’t make it and would instead come at 3:15pm. They never showed. By 4pm, I was told they could not make it at all for the day. The next morning, they were meant to arrive between 9am and 10am, but once again did not show. After numerous calls, I was finally told the team “does not listen” and had gone to another site. I was then promised another team within 45 minutes — an hour passed and still nothing. When I followed up again, I eventually received a call saying they were “14 minutes away.” The team was eventually dropped off, completed the cleaning, and only finished around 3pm. The couches were soaked, not just damp — drenched in water and soap. Despite all the inconvenience, delays, and lack of communication, they still charged extra due to the couch being larger. I wouldn’t have minded the extra fee, but given everything that transpired, they could have at least offered a discount to retain a customer. I will never use CleanQuo again, and neither will friends and family who heard about this experience. They’ve lost more than just one customer.

Excellent
Our new home had been empty for a while and accumulated a lot of dust. CleanQuo's deep clean made it feel brand new. They paid incredible attention to all the details, leaving no dust bunnies or forgotten corners. The cleaners were polite, professional, and very thorough. I would highly recommend CleanQuo to anyone wanting a truly clean slate in their new property

Fantastic Service! Came Highly Recommended
The move-in deep clean from CleanQuo was fantastic. They managed to fit us in on short notice, which was a huge help during our rushed relocation. The house was spotless and smelled wonderfully fresh. They were recommended by a family friend and they didn't disappoint It allowed us to focus solely on unpacking and organizing, rather than worrying about pre-existing grime. Excellent service and worth every penny

Never use this company!!!
I had the misfortune of dealing with Clean Quo. They were very fast to contact me and get my money and I was also assured that their service has improved after the bad reviews but on the day they were late. Then refused to clean as my contractor was busy in one of the bathrooms so they refused to clean the whole house. The parts that they did clean was done poorly and still dirty, I had even sent pictures to the owner who said he will only charge for the stuff that his workers did. The owner now refuses to take my calls or reply to my messages and I never got any money back. The owner is extremely unprofessional. They might be cheaper than other companies but the service is pathetic. Never use this company!!! They are *******.

THIEVING ********S! Not a real cleaning company
Absolute thieving ********S! I paid a deposit and was assured that the team would show up on the morning of the job. However, they failed to appear as promised. At 10:20 AM, I received a message stating they had realized no one was on-site and were "making a plan." Despite this, I heard nothing further until I began calling at 11:30 AM. Their response finally came at 6 PM with an excuse about attending a funeral, though the background noise suggested they were at a party. I reported the issue to the Linden Police and FNB, and while they have been promising a refund since May 30th, I have yet to receive any payment. This experience has been deeply frustrating, and I strongly advise others to avoid this company entirely. They have proven to be unreliable, unprofessional, and *************.
