I had the misfortune of dealing with Clean Quo. They were very fast to contact me and get my money and I was also assured that their service has improved after the bad reviews but on the day they were late. Then refused to clean as my contractor was busy in one of the bathrooms so they refused to clean the whole house. The parts that they did clean was done poorly and still dirty, I had even sent pictures to the owner who said he will only charge for the stuff that his workers did. The owner now refuses to take my calls or reply to my messages and I never got any money back. The owner is extremely unprofessional. They might be cheaper than other companies but the service is pathetic. Never use this company!!! They are *******.
I had the pleasure of being assisted by the lovely Nazlee Kyzer. As a first-time home buyer there was a lot I was not aware of or did not understand. Nazlee was reassuring, helpful and patient. I had a million questions and her answers and explanations put my mind at ease. She kept me updated every step of the way and put no pressure on me what so ever. BAD service from the time I walked in. The waiter just threw the menus on the table. I waited almost 20 minutes for a cappuccino which was ice cold. The waiter brought wet glasses for the cold drink and threw the excess water on the tray. He kept talking to other people while taking my order. I ended walking out. With the prices they charge you would expect better service.
