I want to share the disturbing treatment that we received last night from the waitress her name is Storm.Firstly she was not identified no name tag.Service at first was then decided that she’s not going to help us she’ll arrange another waiter.Attitude on it’s highest level.Requested the manager when we ask her what have we done just gave lame excuses. This is not for the first to be ill treated by the diner staff.Customer care and soft skill training needed for the staff that you are employing.I will never recommend or go to the diner.

We enjoyed a wonderful evening at the Diner to celebrate my wife’s 60th birthday. The pork belly, which has brought me back to this restaurant, was the best I’d ever had. The restaurant gave my wife a free desert on a plate wishing her happy birthday in chocolate. Great service, very thoughtful and good value for money. They have my recommendation. Thanks guys.

If I could give 0 stars I would have. We have been sitting down for almost 50min in which we have not been offered any menus. Our Qantas flight was delayed and they gave the passrngers a meal voucher at Diner. It is overcrowded and the waiter keep on ignoring you. I doubt if we would have time to place an order at this pace

BAD service from the time I walked in. The waiter just threw the menus on the table. I waited almost 20 minutes for a cappuccino which was ice cold. The waiter brought wet glasses for the cold drink and threw the excess water on the tray. He kept talking to other people while taking my order. I ended walking out. With the prices they charge you would expect better service.

On the 30th of march we went the for super but now the food was good, the dessert was not good with Steel things. Worse part is that the workers there they don't even tell people that they tip will be 10% of you are eat, to our suprise they just give you the bill and still don't tell us. We told ourselves that we will give them what we can afford but we end up giving money we didn't budget for it.
