Thanks and Appreciation
I would like to highly compliment ZeroDebt and their most amazing consultant Willem. I was shown such understanding and care which surprised me. I have never had to go through this experience but Willem made it effortless with his genuine care and concern. Most importantly my dignity was kept intact and I find that priceless. I was all over the place but he was calm and listened. Willem then took over, he put my headspace, emotions and finances in place. Thank you Willem. I appreciate ZeroDebt and their consultants, Shane was fortunate enough to chat to me after Willem so he got a calmer me, I like to thank him as well. In the days we are living in, in this country, people like Willem make it a bit more bearable. God bless.

My health in good hands.
I've been visiting Five Ways Pharmacy since 2019. They are the best. I can't thank Neloshni Naicker, the pharmacy manager enough for her warmth and genuine concern for me, she is just amazing. Darius Botha is also so wonderful. He even recognises my voice on the phone. Just by the look on my face ,these health care professionals can tell if Im ok or not. All my chronic needs are taken care off, and sometimes they just take the time to listen. All the staff at Five Ways are so kind and ever willing to help, I am always greeted with a warm hello, even the locums get the ethos of Five Ways. Its great to walk into a place where everybody knows your name, they are like family. Mrs Neloshni Naicker is really leading by exam. Im blessed and grateful to have this team taking care of me.

Outsurance
I have had the most pleasant experience with Outsurance today. I called them to inform them about challenges I'm going through at work. Nadia Samuel's spoke to me in a way that kept my respect and dignity intact as we went through how Outsurance could best help me stay insured by making a few small changes and still have peace of mind which is priceless. After today, I don't look at Outsurance as a service provider, I regard them as family. All Nadia was concerned about was me as a widow who needed help and not as an account number. That is priceless.
