The service at FNB has really declined. Their service agents are pathetic ,I wonder if it's due to poor training or they just don't know anything I've experienced this on both side of business and personal banking. They advise you to make use of secure chat but those agents can't even answer simple yes or no questions
This is a legit and great company at first I was so skeptical and I called them over 3 times to verify but their communication is on point and really support you in terms of how to use the product and if you have any questions,I sent emails at 9pm sometimes and they would respond within an hour.
Do not ever use juta, I purchased a book from them online and instead I got an error message and this was an ebook, I tried to call their offices on Saturday instead I got an voice-mail saying they only operate from 8:30 to 5pm weekdays and 8:30 - 1pm on Saturdays, it's currently now 8:45!! On Saturday and I'm still getting the voice mail and worst part is their email server is blocked!!! Worst ever however they took payment so quickly but no delivery
