An agent from BLC contacted with an offer of Galaxy A16 phone which would cost slightly above R4000 payable through my Edgards account. I fell for the pitch only for a Galaxy A06 phone which costs half of the price to be delivered on 24/04/2025. I contacted them the same day to inform of this anomaly and l have subsequently contacted them 4 more times since then to no avail. On the 3rd of June they advised me to write an email to customer queries and l received an automated response with the ticket number 34021. I stated clearly in that email that l am no longer interested in this phone since it's been 2 months they delivered the wrong item which they have failed to come and fetch. Nothing has happened ever since then, and l have made 2 more calls between then and all the time l being told that the issue is still under escalation. I feel sorry for BLC for thinking that they can get away with such a horrible service as l am giving them a week from now after which l will take up the issue further up either with the Consumer Ombuds or Consumer Council.
Great experience and excellent service. Ordered online and delivery was swift and on time with a little gift - l am one happy customer!
I am infuriated by Park Station parking fee which out of the blue is now pegged at R15 regardless of the time spent at the Station. This shows opportunistic tendencies by whoever runs the station and surely motorists should not be punished for the profit not realised during covid lockdown.
