I placed an order with Marci Franc on 19 December 2025 and my items were never delivered. Despite multiple attempts to contact them, I received no response whatsoever — no acknowledgement, no update, no resolution. It has now been nearly 3 months since my order and I am still waiting. This is not how any legitimate business operates. Paying customers deserve basic communication, especially when an order goes unfulfilled. The complete lack of response and failure to deliver purchased goods is unacceptable. I would strongly caution anyone against ordering from Marci Franc. Based on my experience, you risk losing your money with nothing to show for it.
I placed an order with Marci Franc on 19th December 2025 and to this day I have received no order updates, no shipping information, and no communication whatsoever. I have tried contacting them multiple times, but their phone number is not working, and today I discovered that their website is no longer available. This is extremely concerning and completely unacceptable. At this point, I strongly believe this business may be a ****. I have lost both my money and my trust. I’m sharing this review to warn others: do not place an order with Marci Franc. I am very unhappy and disappointed by this experience.
A team was sent to inspect my geyser, and they concluded that nothing was wrong with it, suggesting instead that the issue might be electrical. Subsequently, an electrician, Mr. Nico Koekemoer, was assigned to the case. Unfortunately, his service was extremely unprofessional and unpleasant to deal with. Even more concerning, after both visits, my issue remained unresolved.
Poorest service ever, not to mention the incompetencies of the assessor and the claims manager. Almost a month and i’m yet to get a response from the complains department, this is a classical example of moral decay... they don’t care about their customers. There are only 2 well trained departments at Outsurance, new business and the retention department. Hope you guys will eventually invest in other departments as much as you do in these other 2. You’d rather spend money on advertising lies than looking after your existing customers. What a bitter customer experience, shame on you.
