As a tenant, I have found Gradwell to be professional and responsive to any issues with the let unit. Their local knowledge really helps to get the right service people in to solve a problem quickly. Highly recommended!

Mandy and her team are phenomenal. Very honest. We trust our home with them. They discuss openly and honestly. And always willing to fix issues for me. Costs have been value for money. I trust them and the housekeeping team. Everything is kept neat and in order whenever I come back to my home. Whether I call them early morning or late afternoon they always available for dropping stuff off for guests that they need ie dstv decoder or extra towels or fans or TV fixes. Nothing is too complicated with them. They also deal with guests so tactfully even if guests an be grumpy 😂 🤣 thanks Mandy and Sonja and team. They even dropped off flowers and birthday package for my partner when I forgot to get a gift. I appreciate the lengths that they go to. It's been a good few years doing business with them and definitely will keep it like that. Thanks once again guys ❤️

As owner of a propety in Ramsgate, KZN, we changed letting and management agents to Gradwell Letting. The reason being that the previous managing agent never replaced stuff that were broken / damaged by tenants. I was surprised when Gradwells contacted me and said that they replaced my linen that was soiled by the tenants. I can really recommend Gradwell Letting to manage your property. Thanks Mandy, this is a first for me. Thanks for doing such a professional job. I really appreciate it. Carol-Ann

As owner of a propety in Ramsgate, KZN, we changed letting and management agents to Gradwell Letting. Gradwell have taken the difficulty out of renting the family home and left us at ease. We no longer have anxiety from renting the unit out from a distance and we can be assured that our family property is in good hands. Suggestions are always given on improvements and maintenance that needs to be taken care of. Thank you!

I have used Gradwell on numerous occasions for accommodation or short term stays/rentals for clients, family and friends. Their service has always been excellent with guests extremely happy and complimenting the firm for thigh standard they maintain. Highly recommended.

Most ridiculous company to use for letting your holiday home, in the one side they force the renters to buy things without your approval, they mess up billings by billing you for things that according to you needs to be billed to another property of another client... The final draw was that they clean your place like **** and expect clients to stay in it, my house has pine gel against the walls every time I come here and the dust is thick on the cabinets and the stoep floors are not washed for like forever...I fired them and would not recommend them at all to manage your property!

Worse holiday experience, as the unit we booked and the staff at the agency, including the owner Mandy was highly disrespectful to my family, we missed our family function due to the incompetence of the management agency. Firstly, we got horribly lost as the directions were very misleading, when we finally reached our destination, we had no hot water, we were told by Sonja that she reported the fault to management, I contacted them again the next morning and was told that I should wait. We were then moved to another unit that had no Wi-Fi, and specifications that I originally asked for as my sister had just gotten out of hospital, then we were talked to like we were beneath them; they were ****** and threw derogatory remarks to us, needless to say we will never recommend this agency for your holiday accommodation. The unit at calamari, was not even equipped with toilet paper, it was a last-minute quick fix. We were refunded for 2 nights, however the whole experience and the money we lost and the excitement we had was far from what we deserved, our holiday memories were spoilt and function missed due to the incompetence of the agency handling our accommodation.
