BLACK TAPE
You know if I could give you zero rating I would!!! I only buy cuddlers as it’s the only brand that hasn’t given me problems if they did I still went and bought them because why not!! But last week I opened a bag and took out a nappy and it was fine the next one I used had black tape inside the nappy I cut it to actually check what it was and it was black tape! I sent an email regarding this and I was told it’s not harmful okay it’s not harmful but how do I know it’s not harmful ? So it’s okay to find random things in the nappies now and we should just be okay with it? I am quite upset and now they are giving me a R50 coupon for the 4 nappies that had tape in it so R50 is okay I should just be happy? No man

Vox pathetic service
If I could give this place zero stars I would. My father recently cancelled his fibre to the home and he was noticing some odd charges on his statement and due to the fact that he couldn’t afford it as he doesn’t work so he wanted to go with a cheaper internet provider. He was then told he needs to wait till 30 September then his line with be clear and then we can get a new provider. He then explained to a lady named Sharaan Naidoo how he needs to get the new provider soon as I work from home and I could lose my job if I don’t work. She then told him that she will put a rush on it and have it done in 72 hours. 72 hours has now passed and yet the new service provider is still not able to connect and we struggling to have Sharaan call us back. Everytime we as to speak to her we are told she’s on a call or she’s on lunch and when we ask them to have her call back she doesn’t nor does she reply to our emails. This is pathetic as we were promised the line will be opened in 72 hours and now we got a messages from the new service provider that it will shows it will only open on the 30 September. What nonsense is this what type of service is this? This is ridiculous as I could now lose my job as we don’t have connection at home. I will take this further than hello Peter we’ve been fighting with her since Tuesday and you telling me she can’t do anything when she told us via email it will take 72 hours and now we struggling to even get hold of her.

If I could rate them a zero I would. We bought dunked wings from KFC SONEIKE on Friday night. We normally buy by them and never have problems. Saturday morning at about 3:30 I started feeling pains and needed to use the bathroom I am pregnant so I thought it was just my morning sickness that time of the morning but it wasn’t because when I came out I started crying of the pain and then my husband went to the bathroom as well, as well as my mother as we all ate the dunked wings. We were then up since then running to the bathroom but mine seemed to be worse due to me being pregnant I then had to go to the doctor as doctor fees is expensive and I am currently the only 1 with medical aid my mother nor my husband could go. I went and go medication but things just go worse after coming home. Yesterday I decided to call the store as I actually had some energy and the manager at the store told me how do I know it was the dunked wings. Firstly all of us didn’t eat the same thing before that we all ate different things so the dunked wings were the only thing we ate that were the same. I then emailed the customer care line and they told me it takes 24/48 hours how? Do you guys not take food poisoning serious? Do you not think of how a pregnant person feels? I haven’t eaten because I can’t take anything down without bringing it out again. My mother and myself started getting worse this morning where she had to go to the doctor and now I have to go again because I am starting to get a tight feeling in my stomach area. This is 1 step closer to going to social media.

LOANSUNL AND CAPITEC
I just woke up and I see a debit order going off my account from LOANSUNL. Who do you people think you are deducting money from my account without me even making a loan by you guys! This is FRAUD. And then you have Capitec still changing you R40 to get your money reserved back into your account!! RIDICULOUS!!!!!
