Peach online platform client response or rather lack off.....
This was the worst customer service I have ever received in my entire life. No way to log a query. Money debited from my account not transfer to the third party. Peach continuously "tell" me I need to take it up with the third party and the more one try to explain one cannot take anything up with the third party as they have not received the payment and being able to provide sufficient proof that the payment was deducted from my bank account. Phoned for the third time and was told I need to take it up with my bank? This is not a card payment but instant eft it has nothing to do with the service the bank provides! Very unhelpful staff with no assistance my money is somewhat somewhere in thin air.....
