We wanted to upgrade our solar. At Smat Conns recommendation we installed a 8kv inverter. Following payment for 3 weeks we could not get any assistance. We are still waiting for delivery more than a month later. We have still not received any indication of when we will receive delivery despite dozens of emails and phone calls. Now we are informed TNT are waiting for a document number from Accenture for a payment we made to TNT and provided proof of payment for three weeks ago. We have no idea what Accenture have to do with it or how long we must wait. We are informed that only once the number is received from Accenture will the payment be processed. There is no indication of how long that process will be. We are fast approaching more tha a two month delay in delivery with no end in sight. TNT rank right up there with Home Affairs, City Power and the Licensing Department for most most inefficient service.
