I want to report this website as a fraud. I bought an appliance on the 27th of March 2021. They claimed delivery in 5working days. When delivery didn’t happen I contacted them via whatsapp 0768146032 and they responded that they were locating my order and will get back to me. Until this day, nothing has been delivered. I’m actually trying to open a fraud case against them

Electricity prepaid meter saga with Tshwane municipality
I paid for an electricity prepaid meter in December 2018 and was told that it will be installed in 3 months. I've been going back and forth via email with customer service and still don't have the electricity prepaid meter. I did also make a phone call around May and was told that my meter was not even allocated. On the 16th of August I received an email that the matter has been escalated to the relevant people. Its the 1st of September 2019, 9 months later and still don't have my already paid for electricity prepaid meter
