Applied for a replacement card.Card was sent to Chatsworth branch.I went to pick it up then was told it had a T block on the account.But i have a negative balance on the account because i paid my account in full in 2019.So woolworths owes me money they sent me telephonically from call centre agent to call centre agent and the calls were cut off many times on 2 seperate days.Staff at chatsworth appear to be interested in helping then lose interest as it becomes close to closing time.Calibre of staff such as Amanda is not good as not really interested in helping just trying to pass the time.Please sort out Woolworths chatsworth and refund my money asap. Terrible service from Woolworths.Then i get emailed on monday from complaints department then nothing gets done.Disappointing treatment of public.
