Fuel@Spargs butterworth
Morning guys.....Im writing this with a heavy heart,my brother bought a car on Friday the 19th April 2024 in Bloemfontein. He went to spargs fuel in Butterworth on saturday to pour fuel, the attendant poured the wrong fuel into his car.She poured petrol instead of diesel. Then a huge smoke came out of the car and it didn't want to start.The spargs people called their mechanic to come drain the fuel, he did just that and he managed to drive the car home. The next day ,the car refused to start and he called the manager of the garage and they told him to bring the car to the garage.They promised him that they will send the car to nissan for a proper diagnosis.We had to call everyone we could from the management because they were refusing to send the car to Eastlondon as promised.They eventually did, As I'm speaking to you the car is still at Nissan and no work is done because spargs claims they are not liable for any damage in the car.We called the manager of Nissan and he told us that he was instructed to not do anything with regards to checking what is wrong ,the damage and what caused it..... So we are seeking assistance to the public to share this until it reaches the relevant people who can assist us,i mean my brother doesn't have a car now because of people who don't want to take responsibility for what they did.

Im furious
Im so... ****ed, My brand new hyndai tucson didn't want to start. I tried everything, i jump started the car nothing helped. I called the road side assistance, I am in Sterkspruit so thdy told me that they will tow my car to Queenstown. I asked to please tow it to Bloemfontein because i will be working in Bloemfontein today and Monday so it will be eaefor me to fetch my car when their are doen, than having to take a taxi from Bloemfontein to Queenstown... They refused, so im thinking how selfish is hyndai for inconveniencing me because of their factory fault cause this is a brand new car guys, and i need to understand them but they cannot understand me.. How selfish are they, i ddnt expect this car to be having such problems at this stage. Im furious
