I bought a Orthopedic double bed from Bedbuys 06July 2019. After a month the feet of the bed falls out. It happens at three different occasions. I inform Bedbuys they will send a manufacturer to my place. Today someone comes to my house to inspect the bed. I told him the experiences i had with the bed. He gets all irritated an agitated with me when i demand a new bed. I ask him was his name was, he refuse to give me his name. He storms out of our house. Is this how all customers are treated i ask him, since he is white. Im not satisfied at all with the service of Bedbuys and the manufacturer as well. Client service is defnitely not important to them. Im disgusted by the way that white male, who refuse to give me his name, treated me as a client!!!!!!!Please do something about it i beg you. I am a hardworking South african citizen who needed to be treated wit respect and dignity, irrespective of my race...
