Disappointment.

I book a trip with them, paid for everything long before the time. The day before we should go on the trip, my father passed away, and obviously, I could not go. I fell ill also, from the stress I was under. I am very disappointed that they don't want to reimburse me anything, I know they had to pay for the flight and the hotel. But they won't even reimburse me anything. I save a whole year for this trip, an now I don't have anything to show for this. Please don't make the mistake I did, rather go on your own.
