"Thieves"
Dont EVER book and pay a deposit! We booked for a Botswana Tour , paid over R 13 000, 00 deposits for myself, my wife and my sister for her 70th birthday (an extra supplement for a single person). Then COVID 19 appeared with a total lockdown. They refused to return our deposits or even utilise them for another tour option !!!!

Deposit Refund - COVID -19
Experienced a great Tour to Namibia so we booked again for Botswana the following year for my sister's birthday. Paid deposits for my wife, sister, and me. Then came COVID and lockdown. They requested we advance our reservation to the following year and use the same deposits. With COVID still prevailing, travelling on a Tour Bus for long periods of time at our age, did not seem to be a good idea. We requested the return of our deposits but were told "to get someone to go on our place and let them refund us our deposit". They claimed Deposits had been utilised for accommodation on Botswana, what about the Tour Buys costs?

Not for elderly.
Not recommended for senior citizens. No help with baggage, no consideration for age in allocation of sleep quarters - it may be on the third floor of accommodation without an elevator or at the furthest point from parking area.

Disappointment.
I book a trip with them, paid for everything long before the time. The day before we should go on the trip, my father passed away, and obviously, I could not go. I fell ill also, from the stress I was under. I am very disappointed that they don't want to reimburse me anything, I know they had to pay for the flight and the hotel. But they won't even reimburse me anything. I save a whole year for this trip, an now I don't have anything to show for this. Please don't make the mistake I did, rather go on your own.

Savanna toere het 'n onverbeterlike blommetoer vir ons aangebied wat volgens ons mening groot waarde vir geld bied. Geen moeite word gespaar in alle opsigte nie. Dankie weereens aan (toergids) Lente en (busbestuurder) Sakkie vir die beste week ooit.
