Worst company ever
I left a review a month ago, Supersonic responded saying they will fix the problem. And a month later I still did not receive feedback from them. I signed up with Supersonic in February. It is now May and they have still not been able to activate my fibre. I call often and their staff are extremely incompetent and never help. I am now struggling to cancel my subscription even though my fibre is not even active/working! @Supersonic pleeeeease cancel my subscription so i can be done with you guys. This is so depressing honestly. Please do not say you will call me back or fix it as it never happens. PLEASE JUST CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION

Worst company ever
I signed up with Supersonic in Feb 2021. It is now May and I still do not have access to fibre as they cannot activate it. I phone all the time and no helps me. The staff are so rude and always ready to transfer you, put you on hold and never resume the call or end up just cutting the call. They promise to call you back but they never do. And I see that many reviews say this! I now asked for a cancellation of contract (even though I have no access to fibre?) and still no one has gotten back to me. So I am stuck with no fibre as Supersonic fails to activate my wifi or cancel it. I cannot wait for them to cancel so I never have to communicate with them again! Please STAY AWAY people. @Supersonic please cancel my contract so I can move far away from you guys!!!

Fraudulent activities on bank card
I bought a voucher from wikideals. After I made a purchase my bank called me to say that they have blocked my card as my banking details were at risk as a source saved my card details. I had to then get another bank card.

WORST EXPERIENCE
Total scam. Zero stars. Never attend this event. I requested a refund and still no response. The hosts oversold tickets and could not accommodate the people. Lines were 4 hours long. This light show was pathetic. you will see better lights on a street

Extremely poor customer service
I have been trying to get in contact with Rosebank Mall Spec Savers for a month now however, they will never answer the phone if you call. I have even emailed and a month later still no response.
